Although rare, the need to repair a corrupt database file may arise. Data files may become corrupt if you have a sudden power loss during database operations. In order to repair damaged files, click 'Utilities | Repair / Optimize Data files from the main menu.
The fax server needs exclusive access to the files to perform the repair operation. Before repairing, make sure that all running instances of the snappy fax client software on all computers on your network have been shutdown.
